Refreshing, smooth, and truly hydrating—no bloat or sugar crash

First tried a cold can handed out during a high-energy Daybreaker morning dance session, and I immediately searched Amazon to order a 12-pack. Most hydration drinks miss the mark by being aggressively carbonated or so thick with syrupy sweetness that you need plain water just to rinse your mouth out. This drink takes the opposite approach. It pours completely flat, goes down easily, and delivers a clean, delicate orange blossom profile that quenches thirst without fatigue.Pros:Completely non-carbonated: The smooth, still formula prevents mid-movement gas and stomach slosh.Effective electrolyte blend: Delivers 500 mg of sodium, potassium, and bioavailable magnesium malate without added sugars.Subtle flavor: Crisp citrus and floral notes with zero artificial aftertaste.Clean profile: Zero sugar, zero caffeine, and only 5 calories.Cons:Very mild taste: If you expect a punchy, ultra-sweet traditional sports drink, this will taste more like delicate infused water with a slight hint of sea salt.Visual expectation: Opening an aluminum can primes your brain for bubbles, so that initial flat sip requires a quick mental adjustment.

Great product and flavor!

I tried the Wild Cherry flavor of Be LOVE electrolyte water and appreciate that it is designed to be a lighter, more refreshing option rather than an overly sweet sports drink. I like the idea of having something that is easy to sip throughout the day without the intense sweetness that some electrolyte beverages have. One thing that stands out about this drink is that it is completely still, despite coming in a can. This makes it a nice alternative for people who prefer to avoid carbonation and want something smooth to drink at home, while working, or on the go. The formula includes sea salt for sodium along with magnesium and potassium, making it a convenient way to add electrolytes to a daily hydration routine.I also appreciate the relatively short ingredient list. It uses reverse osmosis water, natural flavors, electrolytes, and stevia and monk fruit extracts for sweetness rather than relying on a long list of ingredients. The 290 mg of sodium per can is worth noting for anyone comparing electrolyte drinks, especially if they are looking for something intended for everyday hydration rather than intense endurance workouts.Another nice detail is the company's clean water initiative, which supports access to drinking water for people in need through its partnership with GivePower. I always appreciate when a brand incorporates a meaningful cause into its business.Overall, I like the concept behind this drink as an alternative to traditional sugary or carbonated beverages. The Wild Cherry option offers a convenient way to add electrolytes to the day, and the still format and simple ingredient list are appealing features for anyone looking for a different kind of hydration drink.

Love - appropriately named!

I love this! I'm always looking for beverages to help me get through the work day. I have a hard time drinking enough fluid and water just doesn't cut it for me. I've been given orders from my physician to cut back on coffee and not have any carbonated beverages. I'm not a big fan of mixing powders and stuff and it's really inconvenient at work. But dehydration makes you tired, then it makes you hungry and crave sugar and it's a vicious circle. So this is well worth the price for me. It is absolutely delicious and goes down very quickly. It has just the right amount of sweetness it's not overly sweet. There's no caffeine so I can drink in anytime of the day and not worry about being able to get to sleep at night. The ingredients are totally acceptable, nothing concerning. Only 5 calories, from what I don't know and I don't care. It helps me stay hydrated, allows me to treat myself with no guilt. One other note: it does have 290 mg of sodium, a little over a tenth of a teaspoon. That's not an issue for me but for some people they might want to keep track of it because it adds up quick.

When You Don’t Want the Fizz

Be Love makes some fantastic beverages, and these noncarbonated electrolyte drinks are no different. They’re a great alternative to the other sweet, fizzy options out there. You’re able to sip on them all day without feeling bad about gut bloat or your teeth enamel getting stripped away. The berry bliss variety is quite delicious. Slightly sweet with just a little tartness. It’s super refreshing. Each can has a balanced amount of electrolytes and minerals, and to boot, no caffeine. This means you won’t have any spikes or crashes throughout the day.A 12-pack comes out to about $2 per can, which these days isn’t all that bad.

Good Electrolyte Balance, Just Needs a Little Extra Sweetener to Bring Out the Flavor

I really like the idea of a non-carbonated electrolyte drink that isn't loaded with sugar or overwhelmingly sweet. This is a nice alternative to some of the more aggressively flavored hydration drinks out there, and I appreciate that it's ready to drink without having to mix anything. The Wild Cherry flavor is a teensy bit underpowered for my taste, and there's a slight bitterness to it that I'm not particularly fond of. Nothing terrible, but I found a very simple solution. I just tap the tiniest amount of pure stevia powder into the can once I open it, and that makes all the difference. With that little adjustment, I think it tastes great. It doesn't need much, just enough to bring out the cherry flavor and take the edge off the bitterness. As far as the actual formula goes, it contains 290 mg of sodium, 160 mg of potassium, and 50 mg of magnesium per 12-ounce can. That's a pretty reasonable combination for everyday hydration, and a little more substantial than I initially thought. Sodium is particularly useful for replacing what's lost through perspiration, while potassium and magnesium support normal muscle and nerve function. I wouldn't necessarily rely on this for prolonged, strenuous activity in extreme heat, but for everyday use, I think the balance is pretty good. It also seems to have about the same effect as the electrolyte drinks I normally use, so I don't have any complaints about its effectiveness. The cans themselves are standard aluminum, so durability is about what you'd expect. A few arrived dented, but nothing was damaged to the point of being unusable, and I haven't had any issues with the cans themselves. There's also a nice variety of flavors available, including Berry Bliss, Citrus Zest, and Orange Blossom in addition to Wild Cherry. I haven't tried the others, so I can't comment on how they taste, but I do appreciate having several options to choose from.Overall, I'm happy with this drink. The Wild Cherry flavor could use a little more sweetness and a little less bitterness, but that's easily adjusted, and the electrolyte formula seems to do exactly what I expect from an everyday hydration beverage. As far as value for the money, I think it's a good option for someone who wants a lighter, non-carbonated electrolyte drink, particularly if the price is competitive with similar products.

Energy Grape Awakening

GHOST Energy Grape Awakening is a sparkling energy drink featuring a grape-inspired flavor. According to the can, it contains 80 mg of caffeine per serving and zero sugar. Its convenient 16 fl oz can makes it easy to take on the go. Customers should be aware of the caffeine content, check the ingredient label, and consider their individual caffeine sensitivity before consuming it. If you enjoy grape-flavored sparkling beverages, this is an option to explore!

Convenient pre-mixed electrolyte drink, perfect for the gym

I had never heard of this brand before, but I have tried many electrolyte drinks, powders, etc. in my day. I ordered the wild cherry, and the flavor is pretty accurate. Cherry can be a very polarizing flavor bordering on medicinal, so if you’re on the fence about that, I would pick another flavor. But for me personally, I loved the cherry flavor and it didn’t have an artificial taste to me. I like that it uses clean ingredients and isn’t packed with sugar or synthetic stuff. The benefit of buying an electrolyte drink in a can, in my opinion, is that it’s already premixed for you so there is no powder or grainy residue. I have tried a dozen or so electrolyte powder drinks and it’s very hard to fully blend them without there being weird powder residue left behind. However, the drink was definitely strained properly and has a smooth mouth feel. There is no carbonation, which is also appreciated and it has that refreshing quality similar to a Gatorade while you’re working out. I’ve brought this to the gym with me a couple times for some heavy sweat sessions and it’s really great to drink as opposed to water. Not only are you replenishing your body‘s electrolytes, but it’s just more satisfying when you’re sweating. I would definitely consider buying and trying another flavor of this brand if I get a chance. I would say this type of drink is most appropriate if you are sweating a lot or in very high heat doing a lot of activity. Replenishing electrolytes is kind of unnecessary for the average person who isn’t in certain situations which would excessively deplete them. But if you go to the gym, sweat a lot, or live in a really hot climate where you’re outside a lot, these can be really helpful and mitigate fatigue and other symptoms. overall, I think it’s a good value and I do recommend this product.

It's good

This no sugar low calories hydration drink is perfect for the ready to go crowd. The flavor we chose was the citrus zest and it tasted great. You have a few flavor options, so there's variety in the product. It has a really good ingredient list as well and should be fine for most of the population. It's super expensive though so for me this isn't an option. For you though, if you have the money go for it, it checks off every box you would need.

Very sweet

I'm torn on these, while i like the flavor quite a bit... They are so intensely sweet. If you drink soda alternatives like Olipop and Poppi I would most closely compare the sweetness level to those. It's got a really nice flavor, but it's not something I'd want to chug in the name of hydration... More something I'd sip slowly as a sweet treat. Even then, it's so sweet it's hard to finish a whole can. Since I actually need the electrolytes to the tune of several servings a day, I don't see this as something I'd use regularly. It's still a really fun option to have in the fridge with my naturally sweetened soda alternatives for when I fire up the Traeger. I appreciate the clean ingredients, and that it has no artificial sweetener. Great as a sweet beverage, with a bonus of electrolytes. Not something I would use to meet my electrolytes needs on its own.

Fine electrolyte drink

I have several brands of electrolyte drinks at home, and I decided to try Be Love because I've tried their energy drinks before. The drink is clear and smells like cherry (since I got the wild cherry flavor). The taste is OK, but it might be divisive: I don't hate it, but I don't like it either. My wife was fine with the taste, but she generally does not like electrolyte drinks. I think some carbonation would have helped. It's a bit saltier than other similar drinks I had. But at the end of the day, it does the job well: it hydrates, and it contains several vitamins.

Expensive but tasty electrolyte drink, flavored water, not sports drink

These Be LOVE cherry electrolyte drinks are pretty tasty. They are expensive at almost $30 for 12, but they are a more "mature" flavor than the other common electrolyte drink brands. It's closer to a flavored water than a sports drink. I've tried a few different flavors from this brand and I think these are probably the best, followed second by the citrus. They all have the same issue of being a little sour-salty, which I understand is the electrolyte part and doesn't bother me, but I think it is worth mentioning. What does bug me a little is the stevia taste. It's not overwhelming or in your face, but I'd prefer a small amount of actual sugar as a sweetener and have a more tart product than have the "fake" sweetener aftertaste. That being said, they are clearly cherry, and that part tastes nice. These do come in cans, so they aren't resealable if you don't want to finish all of it, but being still that's less of an issue I guess. I found out the hard way last winter that if you live in a cold climate, don't order these once you've got regularly freezing temperatures. Without carbonation and sugar, their freeze point is warm enough that they seem to suffer catastrophic failures that are not an issue in more temperate times. Aside from the price, I'm quite happy with this flavor.

Finally, a CLEAN alternative to sugary sports drinks

The main reason I like this product is that it provides hydration and electrolytes without all of the added crap that so many other hydration drinks have. We are really active and do a lot with sports and Scouts, and we’re always offered sports drinks but kind of hate drinking them due to the added sugars and dyes. There are zero red flag ingredients; everything is there for a reason as a health benefit and is incredibly effective at keeping my body hydrated and boosting nutrients like magnesium and potassium. I appreciate that they have zero caffeine so I can feel okay about having my kids drink them. They’re also a great size and easy to pop open. The only con is that my family wasn’t super into the taste. It’s kind of hard to describe it, almost like a salty orange. We all agreed that this drink is awesome to help keep us hydrated when exercising or camping out in the heat but we definitely wouldn’t pick it if it didn’t have any health benefits due to the taste. These drinks are pricey, so I would not order them for every day use. Because they truly replenish hydration and have such clean ingredients, they’re worth the $ splurge for when we’re exerting ourselves physically and could use a boost.

Great Flavor, Hydrates Well

This review is for the 12 pack of the Wild Cherry flavored version of this listing. They come as the 12 pack of the 12 ounce cans. It is a hydration drink without any caffeine or anything added which I appreciate. It uses sodium citrate, potassium citrate, magnesium malate, and sea salt. They also add citric acid from cassava. It has monk fruit extract and stevia extract if you have any sensitivities or preferences. But it tastes pretty good for being 290mg of sodium. It has a balanced slight wild cherry flavor. It is non-sparkling as well which I appreciate so it is easier to drink. Currently its $30/12pack so it is up to you if it is worth the cost. But it is pretty tasty and does well hydrating me after runs.

good tasting, low calorie electrolyte drink

Great tasting, low calorie, low caffeine berry soda with electrolytes. What more could you want? It's made with stevia so it taste sweet but I don't find it overly so. I find it a good value for the price.

Delicious non-carbonated sugar free drink with electrolytes!

I am a beverage aficionado. I always want as many options in my fridge as possible. My palate tends to skew towards carbonated beverages but occasionally I need something that doesn’t have carbonation, especially at night.Be LOVE drinks are such a refreshing change of pace. I love the Wild Cherry flavor. It’s not overly sweet, but it totally scratches that itch when I’m craving some sweetness.I love that these drinks are sugar free and they have electrolytes. My husband is diabetic and I find him cracking these cans open regularly because he loves them. I appreciate the lack of sugar and I love the fact that I get a little boost of electrolytes which is often exactly what I need to relax at night. These cans are easy to stash in a bag and take anywhere. I don’t have to worry about them getting shaken before opening either. These drinks are an awesome change of pace and I’m glad I found them on Amazon. They are worth it!

Refreshing drink

I’m very satisfied with the Orange Blossom flavor. I usually prefer still, non-sparkling drinks, so this is perfect for me. I also love that it has zero sugar and zero caffeine, along with electrolytes like sodium, magnesium, and potassium. The flavor reminds me a little of orange juice, but it’s lighter and more refreshing. It hydrates me well and makes a great addition to my day. I would definitely recommend it!

Better than the energy drinks

Unlike the energy drinks, these taste alot better. For 12oz. The orange flavor is really good. Not exactly like oranges, but tastes like them enough. Comes in a 12 pack the price could be alot better though for how small the cans are. They are pretty refreshing too, and give quite enough bit of hydration. Might get these drinks again. I do enjoy them and think you will too

refreshing and clean electrolyte drink

I have been working on improving my daily hydration routine beyond just drinking more water and finding electrolyte drinks that actually taste good enough to reach for consistently without being loaded with sugar or artificial ingredients has been the ongoing challenge in that effort. This has been a really pleasant and genuinely enjoyable find that has made hitting my hydration goals feel so much less like something I have to think about and push myself toward. The orange blossom flavor is really beautiful and has a delicate floral and citrus quality that feels really sophisticated and refreshing in a way that is completely different from the aggressively sweet and artificial fruit flavors that dominate most of the electrolyte drink market. It's the kind of flavor that makes you want to reach for another one rather than feeling like you're drinking something purely functional and that quality has been the main reason this has integrated so seamlessly into my daily routine. The still and non-carbonated format has been something I specifically appreciated because I don't always want bubbles especially first thing in the morning or during a workout when carbonation can become uncomfortable and having a flat option that delivers the same electrolyte benefit has been really practically useful. The zero sugar and low calorie aspects mean I reach for it without any second guessing and the sodium, magnesium, and potassium combination feels like a really complete and thoughtful electrolyte profile rather than just sodium in flavored water. I've been having one in the morning alongside my breakfast and one after workouts and the consistency has made me feel genuinely more hydrated and balanced throughout the day in a way I can actually feel. A really lovely and well formulated hydration drink that has made taking care of myself feel genuinely enjoyable rather than effortful.

Be LOVE Berry Bliss is Berry Berry Good!

4.25 stars. Berry Bliss is a really great drink with subtle flavoring. Do I wish it was just a little bit sweeter? Yes BUT Be LOVE tells you very clearly that isn't who they are as a beverage company and I can respect that. Do I want it to be as sweet as Gatorade? Absolutely not! But a little sweeter be nice but overall the flavoring is good. There's a touch of saltiness which I actually like and want to taste. The fact that it's not carbonated makes for really easy drinking and if you absolutely needed to you could chug the can. Flavor is good, refreshing, and very drinkable. Also nice that it isn't caffeinated so it's something you can drink at night as well. Overall, really like this beverage and I can see myself easily drinking this semi-daily.
