Energy + Flow is designed specifically for adults who want smooth, focused energy to help them harness their flow state and perform at their best. While our formula is balanced and lower in caffeine than other leading energy drinks, it is not intended for those who are pregnant, breastfeeding or sensitive to caffeine.
How many Hydration + Balance drinks can I drink per day?
While many of our fans said they could see themselves drinking Hydration + Balance up to five times a day(!), we recommend tuning into your body and enjoying it as part of a holistic approach to staying ahead of your hydration needs.
Where do your natural flavors come from?
We use natural flavors to help us capture the essence of real ingredients in a way that stays consistent and enjoyable every time you taste our products. Our flavors are derived from the below fruits per each SKU: (1) Citrus Zest: lemon, lime, bergamot; (2) Orange Blossom: blood orange, orange blossom; (3) Berry Bliss: blueberry, raspberry; (4) Wild Cherry: cherry
What is the source of the sodium?
We use sea salt harvested from the Pacific Ocean - specifically near the San Francisco Bay.
What is your water source?
We use municipal water from Austin, TX that goes through a multi-step purification process via reverse osmosis filtration, to remove impurities and ensure quality, safety, and delicious flavor

What is the source of your caffeine?
The caffeine found in Energy + Flow is naturally-sourced from non-GMO green coffee beans. Green coffee beans are the unroasted seeds from the coffee cherry, often used as the starting point for coffee or as a clean, plant-based source of caffeine.
How is the caffeine extracted from the beans?
Unlike other processing techniques that use chemical solvents, our supplier uses a clean‑water extraction process to isolate, purify and dry the caffeine into a fine powder.
How much caffeine is in each can?
Energy + Flow contains 60% less caffeine (80mg) than leading brands, like Alani Nu and Celsius. The combination of caffeine (from green coffee beans) and L-theanine delivers smooth, focused energy that enhances cognitive performance without overstimulation.
How much caffeine can I have in a day?
While the FDA has cited 400 milligrams* a day as a safe amount for most adults, everyone responds differently. As such, we recommend consulting your healthcare professional before consuming Energy + Flow to see if it should be a part of your daily wellness routine.
How many of these can I safely drink every day?
Each can contains 80mg of caffeine. For most healthy adults, it’s safe to consume up to 5 cans per day, or 400mg of caffeine. We recommend starting with 1 can to assess your tolerance, especially if you are sensitive to caffeine, and avoid consumption close to bedtime to prevent sleep disruption. As always, consult your healthcare provider if you have any medical conditions or are taking medications.
Why is this product only recommended for people 18+?

What are the natural flavors?
At Be LOVE, we use vegan-friendly natural flavors to help us capture the essence of real ingredients in a way that stays consistent and enjoyable every time you taste our products.The natural flavors we used are derived from a variety of plant-based sources -- like spices, fruits, vegetables or herbs -- and are extracted using hexane-free processing techniques. They do not contain any synthetic carriers or artificial preservatives.

How long does shipping take?
Standard Shipping: Typically takes 4–6 business days.
Expedited shipping: Not currently offered, but we’re working to expand our shipping options in the future.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates may vary depending on your location and order total. In many cases, we offer free shipping for qualifying orders—please check your cart for current shipping thresholds and rates.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1 business day and typically ship 24 hours after being placed.
You can make changes to your order until 12 PM CT the next business day after placing it. After that cutoff, we’re unable to make any updates.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and shipping details, including the carrier. You can use that link to track your order at any time.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Yes, but only within the order update window, which is until 12 PM CT the next business day after placing your order. After that, changes are no longer possible.
What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our Customer Service Team at store@drink.love. We’ll look into the issue and provide an update as soon as possible.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do—currently, we primarily ship to Canada outside the U.S.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship throughout the USA and to select areas in Canada. At this time, international shipping is limited, with Canada being our primary international destination.
