SELF DISCOVERY

Letting Yourself Be A Question Again

There is a version of you that knows the script.
This is what I like.
This is what I do.
This is who I am.

It feels safe, but after a while it can feel flat.

Self discovery begins when you admit you might not be finished.
That there are interests you have not tried yet.
Futures you have not walked toward.
Parts of you that only wake up in certain places or with certain people.

Think of yourself as a field that is still being mapped.
You find out who you are by noticing what you naturally resonate with.
Which ideas make your body feel more alive.
Which paths feel heavy, even if they look good on paper.

You do not have to blow up your life.
You just have to be honest about what quietly calls you and what quietly drains you.

Love, here, is giving yourself permission to be a work in progress instead of a finished product.

PRACTICE

Give yourself five minutes today to ask a simple question on paper. If I did not have to impress anyone, what would I want more of in my life this year. Write whatever comes without editing, then circle the one thing that makes your body feel even slightly more awake when you read it. Choose one tiny experiment that leans in that direction and put it on your actual calendar. Discover who you are by watching what you keep wanting to return to.
